CRST Expedited

CRST Expedited Carrier Info

CRST International was formed in 1955 by Herald and Miriam, with no trucks and no customers. They contracted with owner/operators who were hauling livestock to Chicago to return to the Cedar Rapids area with loads of steel instead of empty trucks. Since that day, CRST has evolved from a trucking firm to one of the nation’s leading providers of transportation solutions. In 2002, in a move to solidify its market presence and improve customer service, CRST International renames three of its companies. CRST, Inc. becomes CRST Expedited; Malone Freight Lines becomes CRST Malone, Inc. and 3 I Truck Lines becomes CRST Flatbed Regional.

CRST Expedited opens training & repair facility in Riverside, CA. It is the facility designed to make everything easier for the drivers and get them back on the road quickly. Facility includes classrooms, cafeteria, inexpensive vending, entertainment, patio, medical room and dormitory living all in one place. The company offers irregular or scheduled routes in long haul, short haul, air cargo and dedicated fleets with secure, on-time, damage-free delivery. With a fleet of over 3500 drivers, 4500 trucks and more than 700 trailers, the Company services the lower 48 states and Mexico, handling dry van, both short haul and long haul shipments. The route types include local, regional, OTR, dedicated, Intermodal, and LTL, while equipment is of Freightliner and Kenworth. The terminal locations include Oklahoma City, OK, Cedar Rapids, IA, Carlisle, PA and Riverside, CA.
